Three Twenty Ice Cream Lab

Dublin's first liquid nitrogen ice cream shop is open on Drury Street.

Three Twenty brings back traditional ice cream in a style not seen here before. Their organic recipes and local ingredients are what makes the ice cream unique.

They use a liquid nitrogen method which means the product is rapidly frozen which results in less ice crystals and air. It makes the seasonally flavoured ice cream richer, creamier and denser.
