Best fashion wrist watches for Spring under £200: styles for men and women

While our calendars have been empty for a few months now, Sunday, March 28 has been ringed red. It’s Daylight Savings Time, which means the clocks go forward giving us all another glorious hour of daylight to enjoy before nightfall. We’re sure you’ll agree, in lockdown, this is An Event.

An extra hour means sitting down to supper while it’s still light out, more time to meet pals (from March 29 when the Rule of Six comes back into play) and a feeling of relief across the nation.

Clock changes always carry with them a tinge of confusion, but the easiest way to remember which way to turn the dial is: spring forward, fall back. Much as we try to avoid Americanisms, in this instance, it’s pretty handy.

Another thing that’s pretty handy? A wristwatch. Yes we know, your phone displays the time, but before you’ve reached for your handset you could have tilted your wrist and seen the time in a flash. Plus, they’re far more than a functional tool. A fashion accessory in its own right, a nice watch can be an easy way to express your personality and add a streak of colour to your outfit. They make great gifts too, perfect if you’ve got a special celebration coming up.

While there are many investment timepieces to splash out on, for the thrifty or just as a nice treat, there are plenty of fashion-led styles under £200 on offer.

We’ve sorted through the vast choice to bring you the best options. These are the ones to watch over BST.
