Vanity Fair's inaugural Climate Exchange Gala Dinner got off to a star-studded start on Tuesday evening, attracting major players from the film, fashion and music industries.

The event, which was held in association with Bloomberg, was organised to celebrate a philanthropic partnership between the two media organisations that was created to highlight the human impact of climate change.

The dinner took place ahead of Vanity Fair and Bloomberg's sustainability conference, which is happening on Wednesday, and brings together a number of key thought-leaders and activists to inspire meaningful discussions on pressing environmental issues.

Daisy Lowe, Arizona Muse and Stella McCartney were among the A-list fashion names in attendance, while Sir Rod Stewart and Paloma Faith accounted for an esteemed music industry presence.

Other guests included actor Rob Lowe, food writers Jasmine and Melissa Hemsley and chef Gizzi Erskine.

From Paloma's frothy prairie-style gown to Stella's wonderfully-retro polka dot tights, bask in a sea of sartorial excellence by browsing our best-dressed gallery above.
