Cartethyia, also known by her holy name, Fleurdelys, is the newest Aero Resonator in Wuthering Waves. Revered as the Blessed Maiden throughout the nation of Rinascita, Cartethyia is an extremely powerful DPS that switches forms with her ultimate ability.

Here is a full breakdown of Cartethyia’s best build in Wuthering Waves, including weapons, Echoes, talents, and team compositions.

No matter which form of Cartethyia you’re currently using, you’ll want to equip her with a powerful sword. Players will have to farm Astrite if they want to unlock Five-star weapons.

Currently, there are multiple Aero-related Echo sets that Cartethyia can utilize. Her best choice is the new Windward Pilgrimage because it synergizes the most with her kit. By using this set, she’ll gain a massive 40 percent Aero DMG and 10 percent Crit Rate while attacking enemies suffering from Aero Erosion.

Alternatively, you can use Sierra Gale or Gusts of Welkin Echoes if you don’t want to farm for new pieces. However, these Echo sets perform worse than Windward Pilgrimage.

Unsurprising, Reminiscence: Fleurdelys is the best four-cost Echo for Cartethyia. This Echo can be farmed by completing the Fluerdelys weekly boss, and summoning the sword will increase your Aero DMG by 10 percent.

If you’re using Sierra Gale, then Nightmare: Feilian Beringal is your best alternative four-cost Echo.

Just like every other character in the game, Cartethyia needs specific main and sub stats to maximize her personal DMG. Since Cartethyia scales with HP, her build is slightly different than others.

Here are the main stats you should focus on for all five of your Echoes:

1. Four Cost (x2): CRIT DMG or Crit Rate
2. One Cost (x3): HP percent

In terms of substats, focus on getting multiple rolls of Energy Regen, HP percent, Crit DMG, and Crit Rate. Since Cartethyia doesn’t scale with ATK, this stat is useless to her.

Focus on leveling Cartethyia’s talents in this order:

1. Resonance Liberation
2. Forte Circuit
3. Resonance Skill
4. Normal Attacks
5. Intro Skill

Both her Resonance Liberation and Forte Circuit greatly increase the damage that Cartethyia can dish out. You’ll also want to level Cartethyia’s Resonance Skill and Normal Attacks, as you’ll need these to summon special blades on the battlefield. You can focus on the Intro Skill last to save materials.
