Something this quick and easy to make should not taste this good. From Zatarain's comes these biscuits in a box, full of cheddar (which you supply) and garlic (which they supply) and butter (also yours). You can whip them up in five minutes and bake in another 12, and you wind up with fluffy, flaky biscuits that are reminiscent of the famous cheddar biscuits made by Red Lobster. Maybe not quite as good as that, but close enough.
