The fusion of all things Hispanic with all things Asian continues apace. The latest evidence is the quite successful merger of the now-unavoidable sriracha sauce with America's favorite condiment, salsa. The sriracha is from Huy Fong Foods (they're the ones with the rooster on the label) and the salsa is from Red Gold tomatoes. It's a little too sweet, but it goes great on tortilla chips _ and I can't wait to try it on eggs.
