Peanut butter cereal has been a thing at least since 1969, when Cap'n Crunch released Peanut Butter Crunch. Two years earlier, Cap'n Crunch brought out round, fruit-flavored crunchy bits with its Crunch Berries cereal. But it took the folks at Kellogg's, teaming up with the gang at Jif's, to combine the two ideas and create a peanut-butter-and-jelly-flavored cereal. Does it actually taste like PB&J? Not really. But it's fun to eat dry, and even better in milk.
