The returning AN-94 is one of the most accurate assault rifles in Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 when built around its unique hyperburst mechanic.
Here’s our best AN-94 loadout that focuses on maximizing recoil control and handling, making it easier to land the weapon’s powerful opening shots while maintaining mobility during aggressive engagements in BO7 Multiplayer.
The best AN-94 loadout in Black Ops 7
Best AN-94 build in BO7
| Slot | Attachment |
|---|---|
| Muzzle |
Redwell Shade-X Suppressor (No Mini-Map Firing Ping, Horizontal Recoil Control, Vertical Recoil Control, Recoil Gun Kick) |
| Barrel |
16″ Hoarfrost Barrel (Damage Range, Bullet Velocity) |
| Underbarrel |
VAS Convergence Foregrip (Bullet Deviation, First Two Shot Recoil Control, Vertical Recoil Control) |
| Rear Grip |
Bowen Umbral Grip (Dive to Fire Speed, Slide to Fire Speed, ADS Speed, Jumping ADS Speed) |
| Stock |
Redwell Austral Stock (Aim Walking Movement Speed) |
The most important attachment in this AN-94 build is the VAS Convergence Foregrip because it improves first-two-shot recoil control, making the AR’s hyperburst more consistent. It also tightens recoil and reduces bullet deviation for a more stable firing.
The Redwell Shade-X Suppressor enhances horizontal and vertical recoil control while keeping you off the minimap when firing. Slot in the Hoarfrost Barrel to increase damage range and bullet velocity, offsetting the negative effects of the suppressor.
For handling, the Bowen Umbral Grip boosts overall ADS and sprint to fire speeds for fast target acquisition, while the Redwell Austral Stock increases aim walking movement speed so you can easily strafe during gunfights.

For an aggressive AN-94 class setup, I run Lightweight, Scavenger, Looper, and Vigilance with the Perk Greed Wildcard. This perk set keeps you moving quickly, stocked with ammunition, and aware of nearby threats while maintaining pressure on the enemy team. It also activates the Enforcer Combat Specialty, providing you with a movement speed boost and faster health regeneration with each kill.
Those who prefer a defensive approach especially for objective-focused modes such as Hardpoint and Domination can switch to Flak Jacket, Vigilance, Guardian, and Tech Mask for greater survivability.
As a secondary weapon, equip the Coda 9. Its SMG-like performance makes it an excellent backup when your AN-94 runs out of bullets. For your Field Upgrade, I recommend Mute Field so you can have the benefits of Ninja, Ghost, and Cold-Blooded to help you remain undetected while building scorestreaks. Defensive players can opt for Trophy System instead.
Complete the AN-94 class setup with Stim Shot for instant healing and a burst of movement speed, alongside Semtex for reliable explosive damage and objective clearing.
