Steve Cooper confirmed Bersant Celina is not injured after the attacker was left out of Swansea City's squad for their 1-0 defeat to Luton Town.
The Kosovan featured as a late substitute in the 3-0 triumph over Middlesbrough last weekend but was omitted from the 20-man squad to face the Hatters.
Cooper's decision to leave out the former Man City star raised eyebrows before kick-off, and many Swansea fans have since questioned the decision following what was an abject display by the Swans.
"We've got to pick players for all of these games that are 100% focused and committed to what we're doing," he explained.
"We don't just pick what we think can start the game, we pick what we think can finish the game.
"We really need to be together. The door is open now to everybody for Tuesday. We'll be needing everybody, including Bersant. Joe's [Rodon] back and Mike [van der Hoorn] is not too far away.
"Jordon's going to be out for three games now so everybody needs to stay ready to play a part, and Bersant will do that."
The Swans' performance against Nathan Jones' troops was summed up when substitute Jordon Garrick was shown a straight red card following a melee late on at the Liberty Stadium.
And Cooper admitted the winger's moment of madness summed up what was a wretched afternoon for Swansea.
"It's a clear red. I've got no arguments," he added.
"I thought the referee caused the melee, but I don't want my comment on the referee to hide the fact that Jordon has done something that is a clear red.
"But if he blows up on the first one, then it stops and it's a free-kick. He's a more experienced ref to see that.
"I haven't said too much to him [Garrick] yet but I'll definitely pick it up with him in the morning."
