Emergency services are currently on the scene of a crash in the south side of the city.
Police, ambulance, and fire crews are dealing with a two-vehicle collision on Berryknowes Road in the Cardonald area.
There are no details of any injuries at the moment.
First Bus are currently diverting their services towards Silverburn via Shieldhall Roundabout, Shieldhall Road, Helen Street, Paisley Road West, and onto the normal route.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: "Police were called around 1.15pm on Friday, October 1, following the report of a two-vehicle road crash on Berryknowes Road, Glasgow.
"Emergency services are currently in attendance and there are no details of injuries at this time."
