Manchester City midfield ace Bernardo Silva has been named City's Fans' Footballer of the Year after a memorable 2021 for the Portuguese star.
Bernardo, who was heavily linked with an exit from the Etihad Stadium during the summer transfer window, has turned his City career around in the last few months, becoming, arguably, the most important player in Pep Guardiola's thinking.
The Portuguese international, who has scored seven goals in 23 appearances so far this season, was on a four-man shortlist for the award, alongside Joao Cancelo, Phil Foden and Rodri.
But it was Bernardo that scooped the gong, securing 2,502 votes. He beat Foden to the award by more than 1,000 votes, with the England international coming second with 1,190 votes to his name.
Cancelo, who scored in Sunday's 4-0 win over Newcastle United, finished in third, winning 579 of the votes, whilst Rodri finished fourth with 297 votes to his name.
Over the course of the year, Bernardo has gone from strength-to-strength, especially this season, with him adapting outstandingly well to a new central-midfield role.
He has become a mainstay in Guardiola's thinking, just months after an exit looked certain due to concerns about a lack of game time.
He has already scored more goals this season than he managed in the whole of the 2020/21 campaign and has started all but one of City's 18 Premier League games so far this term.
As for the national award, Liverpool star Mohamed Salah has been crowned the overall winner, scooping more than 40,000 votes, making it a straightforward win for the Egyptian.
He won the award with 61 per cent of the overall vote, and retains the award he won in 2020 after helping Liverpool secure their first-ever Premier League title during the 2019/20 season.
The winger, who has scored a staggering 22 goals in 24 appearances in all competitions this season, stormed his way to the prize, with his nearest challenger - Declan Rice of West Ham United - finishing second with 9.9 per cent of the votes, highlighting just how big a victory it was for the Liverpool star.
City trio Ruben Dias, Kevin De Bruyne and Foden were also on the nine-man shortlist for the overall award, with the latter attracting the most votes of the three of them.
Foden finished in fourth, with Manchester United star Bruno Fernandes claiming third and Chelsea goalkeeper Edouard Mendy taking fifth.
Almost 140,000 votes were cast via an online poll in these awards across the Reach plc network, and you can see the full results by clicking here.
