Bernard Matthews Turkey Dinosaurs recalled over safety fears as small pieces of metal found

Packets of Bernard Matthews 9 Turkey Dinosaurs are being recalled over safety fears.

Small pieces of metal have been found in the food making it unsafe to eat.

Anyone with a packet with the use by date of November 2020 with the following product numbers are to return them to the store; L19QGG3, L19QGG4, L19QHG3, L19QHG4.

No other Bernard Matthews products are known to be affected.

A spokesperson said: "If you have bought the above product, do not eat it. Instead, return it to the store from where it was bought for a full refund."

Point-of-sale notices will be displayed in all retail stores that are selling this product. These notices explain to customers why the product is being recalled and tell them what to do if they have bought the product.

Birds Eye also of Birds Eye 50 Chicken Nuggets with Golden Wholegrain last week over fears small pieces of plastic were found.
