Benin name squad for Africa Cup of Nations

COTONOU (Reuters) - Benin coach Michel Dussuyer named on Wednesday the following squad to play at the Africa Cup of Nations in Egypt next month.

Benin, playing at the finals for the first time since 2010, compete in Group F along with Ghana, Guinea Bissau and holders Cameroon.

Goalkeepers: Saturnin Allagbe (Niort), Fabien Farnolle (Yeni Malatyaspor), Cherif Dine Kakpo (Buffles)

Defenders: Khaled Adenon (Amiens), Moise Adilehou (Levadiakos), Seidou Barazé (Moulins Yzeure), Rodrigue Fassinou (Aspac), Emmanuel Imorou (Caen), David Kiki (Red Star), Junior Salomon (Plateau United), Olivier Verdon (Sochaux)

Midfielders: Jordan Adeoti (Auxerre), Sessi d’Almeida (Yeovil Town), Tidjani Anaane (Ben Guerdane), Rodrigue Kossi (Club Africain), Mama Seibou (Toulon), Stephane Sessegnon (Genclerbirligi)

Forwards: David Djigla (Niort), Jodel Dossou (FC Vaduz), Steve Mounie (Huddersfield Town, England), Michael Pote (Adana Demirspor), Desire Segbe Azankpo (FK Senica), Cebio Soukou (Hansa Rostock).
