Bengaluru: Now, hire electric auto from Indiranagar Metro station

BENGALURU: MetroRide, an app-based electric share-auto rickshaw service, began services from Indiranagar Metro station on Tuesday.

It has been operating from Yelachenahalli and Konanakunte stations since its launch seven months ago.

“This will enable commuters to use electric autos to reach their destinations while reducing carbon footprint. The cost for these rides starts at Rs 10,” said a press release from MetroRide.

According to the release, MetroRide is currently connecting Indiranagar Metro station to Embassy Golf Links (EGL) via 100ft Road.

The app-based mobility firm claims to have catered to 75,000 customers since it started operations in the city.
