BENGALURU: A woman police constable filed a rape complaint against a police inspector attached to the state intelligence unit.
Govindarajanagar police registered a case based on the complaint filed by the woman, who alleged the suspect raped her on the pretext of marrying her.
The woman said she knew the suspect, Madhusudhan since 2017. He took her to a resort near Bidadi and got into a physical relationship with her. In 2019, she got pregnant and he forced her terminate the pregnancy.
The woman further said she became pregnant a second time and he assaulted her for demanding that he marry her. tnn
