Bengals’ Zac Taylor attended Clemson pro day

While the front office wades through the first and second weeks of free agency, new Cincinnati Bengals head coach Zac Taylor continues to make the rounds at pro days.

After stopping at Oklahoma’s pro day, which boasted Cody Ford and Kyler Murray, Taylor hit up Clemson’s pro day.

Clemson’s crop of talent heading to the NFL this year is especially interesting along the defensive line, where Clelin Ferrell, Christian Wilkins and Dexter Lawrence figure to be top-50 picks. So does cornerback Trayvon Mullen.

With the Bengals losing someone like Michael Johnson and perhaps even Darqueze Dennard in the secondary, a Clemson product or two could be in the cards.

Of course, this is simply due diligence, as all stops are during the process now. But Taylor has been interestingly active with the pro days so far, which is a good thing for fans to see.
