Bengals worked out two former Giants free agents

While the big news was getting Darqueze Dennard back under contract, the Cincinnati Bengals were also working out a pair of former New York Giants free agents.

The Bengals worked out defensive lineman Kerry Wynn and safety Curtis Riley, according to ESPN’s Field Yates.

Of course, both of these guys played under new Bengals defensive coordinator Lou Anarumo, as did new Bengals cornerback B.W. Webb.

Wynn, 28, is a versatile pass-rusher who can kick inside when asked. Curtis Riley, 26, appeared in all 16 games last year during his first season with the team, totaling 75 tackles.

Both guys would at least be depth options for a Bengals team looking to reshape its identity around its new coaches. Anarumo, clearly, is having a big impact on the defensive side of the ball.
