Bengals will host Andy Dalton’s Cowboys in 2020

Andy Dalton is now a quarterback for the Dallas Cowboys.

Saturday night, word broke the former Cincinnati Bengals starter was signing a one-year deal with the Cowboys. And while Dalton obviously won’t be the starter, the Bengals will still get to play their former quarterback in 2020.

Thanks to the 2020 schedule, the Bengals were already set to host Dallas at Paul Brown Stadium at some point next year.

A ho-hum matchup between cross-conference foes just got a whole lot more interesting, to say the least. A Joe Burrow led-Bengals team will face Dalton’s Cowboys as he returns to the city he called home for about a decade.

The Bengals had released Dalton Thursday and he didn’t take long to find a solid one-year landing spot in his home state of Texas. We’ll know the exact date of the Cowboys-Bengals matchup soon, as the NFL is expected to release the 2020 schedule within the next week or so.
