The first of two in-state games between the Cincinnati Bengals and Cleveland Browns occurs Sunday in Week 14.

This one takes place in Cleveland and features a Browns team trying to keep momentum alive after emerging as winners in three of four. But nothing seems a guarantee on that front, especially with Baker Mayfield hurting.
