Bengals trade up with Cowboys, select Ohio State OL Michael Jordan in fourth round

The Cincinnati Bengals made a second trade in the fourth round and a third pick in the round, selecting Ohio State offensive lineman Michael Jordan at No. 136.

After trading up to take quarterback Ryan Finley early in the fourth round, the Bengals packaged No. 149 and No. 213 and sent them to the Dallas Cowboys for No. 136.

Jordan is a 6’6″, 312-pound lineman with a comparison to Alex Boone from NFL.com’s Lance Zierlein, who writes the following: “His 2017 guard tape might be more appealing to teams as he flashed as a drive-blocker. His size and versatility could make him a Day 2 draft pick with starting potential early in his career.”

Jordan is the second offensive lineman the Bengals have selected in the draft, the first being Jonah Williams at No. 11 overall. He could compete for guard duties on the right side as a rookie but overall boosts depth.

Finley and Renell Wren were the other Bengals selections in the fourth round.
