The Cincinnati Bengals put some of those 10 Day 3 picks to work right out of the gates, trading up with the San Francisco 49ers and selecting NC State quarterback Ryan Finley.
Finley was one of the only quarterbacks the Bengals had at Paul Brown Stadium this offseason. The 6’4″, 213-pound passer threw 25 touchdowns a season ago and was a clear target of Zac Taylor and Co. throughout the process.
After skipping quarterback over the opening two days to address the offensive line, tight end and linebacker, the Bengals move up to get a quarterback they like and who will become the immediate No. 2 behind Andy Dalton.
