Former Tennessee Titans outside linebacker Tarell Basham has found a new home with the Cincinnati Bengals in free agency.
The news comes from Basham’s agent, Kenny Zuckerman, who did not reveal the length or financial terms of the contract. The Bengals will be the fifth team Basham takes a snap for if he makes the roster and plays.
Basham spent parts of the 2022 campaign with the Dallas Cowboys and Titans, who signed him out of sheer desperation due to injuries after he was waived by the Cowboys in late November.
The former third-round pick appeared in five games for Tennessee and tallied four assisted tackles (one for loss) and a QB hit. He failed to record a single stat in two games with Dallas.
Tennessee addressed their need for EDGE help with the signing of Arden Key, but it’s conceivable the Titans could add another at some point in the 2023 NFL draft.
