Bengals rule out A.J. Green for London game vs. Rams

The Cincinnati Bengals won’t get the return of A.J. Green to assist in their efforts to beat the Los Angeles Rams in London this weekend.

Bengals head coach Zac Taylor ruled Green out after the team’s practice before catching a flight overseas, only saying that “he’s progressing.”

Green was limited again Thursday and took some scout-team reps but will sit out until at least after the bye, as earlier reports had suggested. Everyone who has been asked has said Green isn’t getting moved, but keep in mind the trade deadline is next Tuesday.

Taylor also apparently made it sound like Carlos Dunlap, Carl Lawson and Darqueze Dennard — just one game into his return from the PUP list — won’t be able to play against the Rams.
