Bengals RB Mark Walton arrested, charged with battery in Miami

Cincinnati Bengals running back Mark Walton was arrested Friday night at his condo in Miami. Walton faces a battery charge after an altercation in a parking garage, according to various reports:

According to the Miami Herald: “The woman started recording Walton with her cellphone camera and he grew angry and snatched the phone from her, according to a police spokeswoman. He and the woman got into a tussle, both suffering scratches in the altercation, police said.”

Walton, 21, was a fourth-round pick by the Bengals in 2018 and was viewed as a bit of a strange pick at the time because Joe Mixon and Giovani Bernard were on the roster already.

It will be interesting to see how the Bengals regime, led by new head coach Zac Taylor, handles this situation.
