Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow offered fans something of a holiday present Friday, tweeting out a video sharing his recovery progress.
It’s a quick clip — but an important one.
In it, Burrow takes a stroll on his surgically-reconstructed knee. Above, the caption simply says “Good week for the Bengals.”
Indeed, considering Burrow’s Bengals took down the Pittsburgh Steelers on “Monday Night Football,” sending a heated rival into a tailspin that includes vows to no longer dance on opponent’s logos and player-only meetings.
On December 3, the Bengals announced Burrow underwent successful surgery in Los Angeles. His father later shared a very promising update, as did the surgeron.
For now, Bengals fans just get the following on a holiday:
