The Cincinnati Bengals will open the 2019 preseason on the road against the Kansas City Chiefs.
From there, the Zac Taylor-led Bengals will head to Washington for a game against the Redskins. It is then back home for games against the New York Giants and Indianapolis Colts.
The fourth game is a tradition based on proximity for both franchises, though the third will — as usual — be the most interesting. There, the Giants will deploy starters like Saquon Barkley for an extended period of time and might even field a rookie passer drafted sixth overall.
This will be the first taste of football for fans ready for the post-Marvin Lewis era. Keep in mind we also know the full list of opponents the Bengals will play next season.
