Bengals make changes to strength and conditioning staff under Zac Taylor

After announcing four moves along the coaching staff Thursday, the Cincinnati Bengals made a smaller change in a slightly different area.

The change comes to the strength and conditioning staff, where Chip Morton is out and Joey Boese is in:

Big news, considering Morton joined the staff in 2003 alongside Marvin Lewis.

Like new offensive line coach Jim Turner, Boese spent time with Taylor at Texas A&M before going to Fresno State for four years.

Again, Taylor gets to pick who he wants on staff. This move represents the first big change in the player-training department in a long time and could have a big impact on player fitness and durability.
