Bengals’ LG Michael Jordan carted off with knee injury vs. 49ers

Cincinnati Bengals rookie guard Michael Jordan needed a cart to leave the field during Sunday’s game against the San Francisco 49ers.

The injury occurred in the fourth quarter while Nick Bosa and the 49ers were putting pressure on Andy Dalton.

ESPN’s Ben Baby summed up the situation before the cart came out: “Bengals training staff is looking at rookie left guard Michael Jordan. He’s stretched out on the field.”

The Bengals immediately ruled Jordan out.

Jordan was one of the best stories of the offseason, as the lifelong Bengals fan and rookie fought his way into a starting role at left guard in the wake of Clint Boling’s retirement.
