Bengals’ first injury report lists Cordy Glenn as not participating

The Cincinnati Bengals are getting healthier — though perhaps not healthy enough — ahead of the season opener against the Seattle Seahawks.

Injury report No. 1 of the season has notables like John Ross and Clayton Fejedelem going full speed. But it also lists left tackle Cordy Glenn as a DNP.

Glenn worked the rehab field as he works through concussion protocol, but nothing is guaranteed for Week 1. Thursday will likely decide whether he’s able to take the field Sunday, according to the usual timetable. Should Glenn join the Bengals for a normal practice Thursday, it would mean preventing Andre Smith from starting at left tackle on the road against a strong Seattle front seven.
