Bengals’ early 53-man roster, depth chart predictions after 2019 NFL draft

The Cincinnati Bengals added 10 players in the 2019 NFL draft and plenty more in undrafted free agency.

At the end of April, the roster is packed to the brim and ready for training camp battles. As a fun exercise, let’s take a step back and attempt to iron out what the depth chart and roster could look like after final cuts are made before next season starts.

Offense

Notes:

— Two quarterbacks rule applies, Jeff Driskel out for Ryan Finley.

— At WR, Cody Core and Auden Tate are the notables out. Undrafted Stanley Morgan makes the cut.

— Jonah Williams to RT, at least for now. They could throw him on the left edge and kick Cordy Glenn to RT or inside to guard.

— Michael Jordan makes it and could win a gig at guard. But it’s a big unknown pending where Williams goes. Christian Westerman is out.

— Mason Schreck odd man out at TE.

— Quinton Flowers loses out to Trayveon Williams and Rodney Anderson.

Defense

Notes:

— Ryan Glasgow out. Rookie Renell Wren out at DL. Kerry Wynn sticks in a big role. Carl Lawson looks deep on the depth chart but will resume his usual role.

— Brandon Bell, Hardy Nickerson out at LB. Germaine Pratt starts. Deshaun Davis makes it.

— B.W. Webb sticks. Darius Phillps for returns and depth.
