Bengals’ Dre Kirkpatrick appears to fire back at Jeremy Hill

Tuesday, New England Patriots running back Jeremy Hill poked fun at his former team on Instagram.

Previously a member of the Cincinnati Bengals, Hill is notable for fumbling in the red zone against the Pittsburgh Steelers in the 2016 playoffs. Last season, the running back left the Queen City to become a member of the New England Patriots.

However, his 2018 year was cut short with an ACL injury, appearing on the field in just one game for his new team.

Despite not taking part in the Super Bowl run, Hill decided to take a shot at the Bengals, which former teammate Dre Kirkpatrick responded to.

Hill has since responded to the situation:

It’s hard to imagine this is the last of this saga. Hill just won a Super Bowl and was celebrating it, so he undoubtedly took some heat on social media. But it would seem he has better things to worry about as he preps for next season while working his way back from a season-ending injury.
