Bengals declare 4 out vs. Steelers, Michael Jordan starts over Billy Price

The Cincinnati Bengals will play rookie guard Michael Jordan over Billy Price in Week 4 in the wake of the team announcing the final injury report.

On the final report before Monday Night Football against the Pittsburgh Steelers, the Bengals ruled out the following players:

  • A.J. Green
  • Ryan Glasgow
  • Kerry Wynn
  • Cordy Glenn

Carl Lawson has a doubtful tag, which is something he was active with last week.

Jordan over Price at left guard is a little surprising given how well Price played a week ago while Jordan was out. Coaches haven’t been very clear on the matter just yet.

“It’s not something I really want to detail publicly,” Zac Taylor said, per Geoff Hobson of Bengals.com. “I still think we’ve got a lot of guards that can start for us. We wouldn’t hesitate if we needed to for any reason to put Billy in the game … We feel like both those guys are reliable right now.”

As for the Steelers, they’ll be without fullback Roosevelt Nix, linebacker Vince Williams and tight end Vance McDonald is doubtful.
