Early Bundesliga pace-setters RB Leipzig are back for a second Champions League campaign as they kick off Group G proceedings against Benfica tonight.
Julian Nagelsmann's confident side - who did not make it out of the group stage on their debut back in 2017/18 - held reigning German champions Bayern Munich at the weekend to continue their fine start to the new campaign.
Standing in their way in Lisbon on Tuesday is a Benfica outfit - now without highly-rated starlet Joao Felix - that currently sit second in the Portuguese top-flight and finished third in their Champions League group last term.
Benfica are two-time winners of the European Cup, but have not reached the quarter-finals since 2016.
