Benedict Cumberbatch to Judy Murray: Who is in the Royal Box at Wimbledon today?

With the Wimbledon finals inching ever closer, this year’s tournament is heating up – and a fresh batch of lucky A-listers have bagged invites for the best seats in the house.

The Royal Box welcomed the likes of former Doctor Who star Ncuti Gatwa and Happy Valley’s James Norton on Monday (6 July), after stars including The Celebrity Traitors legend Celia Imrie and ex-England footballer David Beckham stopped by last week.

And today (Tuesday 7 July), a Marvel star and a theatre legend are among the famous faces watching the action on Centre Court.

There are two quarter-finals taking place in Wimbledon’s main court today. First up, two of the USA’s brightest hopes – Jessica Pegula and Coco Gauff – are facing off in the women’s singles.

Canada’s Felix Auger-Aliassime will then take on seven-time champion Novak Djokovic.

Here are all the celebrities in the Royal Box today (7 July)...

With both her tennis star sons having now retired, Wimbledon is probably a whole lot less stressful for Judy Murray.

Two-time Wimbledon champion Andy Murray called time on his playing career in 2024 and his brother Jamie, who was also his doubles partner, retired earlier this year.

Anthony Scaramucci, who famously served as Donald Trump’s White House communications director for less than a fortnight back in 2017, has bagged himself an invite.

After leaving Washington behind, Scaramucci became one of the many former Trump advisers to turn on the Republican and even publicly endorsed Kamala Harris in the latest US presidential election.

Theatre director Sir Trevor Nunn is one of the many Royal Box guests to have received an honour from the monarchy.

The 86-year-old – who directed the original runs of huge West End hits including Cats, Les Misérables and Sunset Boulevard – was awarded a knighthood for services to theatre in 2002.
