Ben White has opened up life with Leeds United and the gruelling training work under Marcelo Bielsa.
The Brighton & Hove Albion defender spent last season on loan at Elland Road as the Whites romped to the title.
His impressive performances drew interest from Liverpool and Manchester United, whilst Leeds also saw two bids rejected as they tried to keep White on a permanent basis.
The Seagulls were adamant in their approach to keeping the 22-year-old, though, and he eventually signed a new four-year deal with the club.
Comparing working under Bielsa to his routine at Brighton, White admitted that there's nobody in the league that will train at the intensity of Leeds.
"He's very intense. The training sessions were long," White told Sky Sports News.
"Sometimes we'd be out there for two-and-a-half hours. Double sessions, going through my clips, seeing what I'd done wrong, what I could do better.
"I don't think anyone trains the same as Leeds do now, so it was a little bit different coming back and having a day off every now and then is nice."
White has played in all of Brighton's six Premier League games, twice as a make-shift holding midfielder, a role he played under Bielsa at times last season.
His ability on the ball has drawn the interest of top Premier League clubs.
White, though, is concentrating on earning an England call-up, having admitted it would be a dream to represent his country.
"Hopefully playing for England," he said.
"That would be my next goal. When you're growing up, all the kits that you have, I think they were the only kits I used to have.
"When I was young I always wanted to play for England. I'm getting closer now to what I wanted then, so anything is possible now I guess."
