Ben Stokes has spent Sunday morning plundering the South African bowling attack to all parts of Newlands cricket ground.
He thrashed the second fastest double hundred in Test history after reaching 200 in just 163 balls as England scored a staggering 196 runs in the morning session.
Stokes was in sublime form hitting 26 fours and 7 sixes on his way to the double ton, breaking several records in the process.
The 130 runs Stokes scored in the morning session was the most runs in a pre-lunch Test session by a single batsman.
