Ben Foster names 'sicko' and 'animal' from former Manchester United teammates

Ben Foster has been reflecting on his time at Manchester United and discussing his former Old Trafford teammates.

The Watford goalkeeper spent five years at United but left the club in 2010 following two loan spells with his current side.

After leaving Foster impressed with Birmingham City before spending seven years at West Bromwich Albion, before eventually rejoining Watford on a permanent basis in 2018.

Taking part in a recent Q&A session Foster heaped the praise on his former United teammates and revealed why he still refers to Nemanja Vidic as a 'sicko' and Park Ji-Sung an 'animal'.

When asked to name the hardest player he has ever played alongside the Watford had no hesitation in naming the Serbian defender.

"Nemanja Vidic was a bit of a sicko," Foster revealed as part of a TikTok Q&A. "He would happily put his head on the end of someone's boot to stop a ball going in. Yeah, sicko."

The Watford goalkeeper went on to name Cristiano Ronaldo as the most skilful player he has ever worked with before he was then asked to name the hardest worker he has played with.

He answered: "Ji-Sung Park was an animal. Completely underrated player. Animal, like proper, it wasn't about the glory for him it was about working hard.

"James Milner at England, Barry Ferguson, Stephen Carr. Ji-Sung Park is a very good one."
