It appears that Ben Foden has a new woman in his life as the rugby star gets cosy with a mystery blonde.
Ben and former wife Una Healy split last year after he admitted cheating.
He said recently that he will never stop loving the Saturdays singer - and wishes he hadn't hurt her like he did.
But after posting a series of snaps on Instagram , it seems like he is moving forward with life.
One picture shows him and his new girlfriend holding hands with the caption "yesterday was a pretty special day."
The second shows Ben planting a kiss on her cheek as he wrote: "Found a good one."
He broke his silence after cheating on Una during an emotional segment on Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins .
Earlier this year he opened up during the Stand Up To Cancer special.
Ben was accused of cheating with PR girl Becky Milne just days after the birth of his second child Tadhg, now three.
Una publicly announced last summer she had called time on her marriage to her husband, now 34.
He said: "My life's a bit of a mess. I'll always love Una. She's my first love and the mother of my kids.
"I never meant to hurt her in the way I did.
"I think it's quite appropriate to do a course like this to put some perspective on everything."
“At the same time, it wasn’t the only reason for our divorce to go through.
“It’s not ideal, but we’re very amicable, we’re getting through it, we’re not the first people in the world to get divorced.
"We’ve got two little kids we adore.
"At the moment anything that’s published about me is never very good and pretty rightly so because I was the one who committed adultery.
“It’s hard because I’m away from my son and daughter.
“But I know they’re in a great and loving environment with Una because she’s a great mum. We never argue about that.”
