Ben Foden says he and ex Una Healy have 'come a long way' since divorce

Rugby player Ben Foden was married to The Saturdays star Una Healy for six years and they have two children together.

The pair split in 2018 and Ben admitted he had cheated on Una during their relationship.

Ben told OK! Magazine that he and Una “have come a long way since our divorce”.

While the two seemed to be on bad terms, Ben claims he and Una are now getting along for the sake of their children, nine-year-old Aoife and six-year-old Tadgh.

"Our main priority is raising two healthy and loved children. Una's always been a great mum. I'm trying to be as hands-on as I can, but I am obviously over here with Jackie,” he said.

Ben married socialite Jackie Belanoff Smith after just two weeks and welcomed a daughter with her last year. The family is currently living in New York.

Speaking of his whirlwind romance, he said he and Jackie “wanted to start a family, which obviously happened really quickly and people questioned it.”

“But Jackie came into my life when I really needed her.”

Ben and Jackie also revealed that they are hoping to have another child together.

"We might have another baby next year," Jackie told the magazine. "Ben's kids idolise him."

She added that when the time comes, she is thinking of sending their daughter Farrah to school in England where she would be closer to her well-mannered half-siblings.

"I see Ben's kids and I think they are more well-behaved," she said.

"I want that for Farrah. I think they're amazing kids.”

“When it's time for her school, we'll be in England and then when it's not we will be in New York. So the goal is to have two homes."
