Ben Foden has been showing his kids the ropes on the ice ahead of his debut on Dancing on Ice next month.
The rugby star, who shares kids Aoife Belle, 9, and son Tadhg, 6, with his ex wife Una Healy has been training for the series in recent months, in the hopes to bag the title in the New Year.
But he took some time out this week to spend quality time with his kids, as they flew over from their home with their mum in Ireland earlier this week to enjoy the rest of their Christmas holidays with him in the UK.
The English rugby star, who has been based in New York in recent years with his new wife Jackie Smith Foden and their one-year-old daughter Farrah, posted snaps of the family day out at Winter Wonderland on Wednesday.
Ben shared snaps of his two older kids enjoying roller coaster rides whilst baby Farrah enjoyed the merry go rounds at the busy London attraction.
Meanwhile, Jackie recorded footage of skater-in-training Ben showing off his ice skills as he tried to aid his kids and family around the ice rink at Hyde Park.
The family holiday with the kids comes after his ex wife Una shared snippets of her Christmas with her lookalike kids to mark the festive weekend before they joined their dad.
The Tipperary born singer and former member of The Saturdays took to social media to wish her 649,000 followers a happy Christmas as the three posed in their festive outfits.
Many of Una’s friends and fans flocked to the comments section to their likeness, with the Thurles native’s bandmate and recent I’m A Celebrity star Frankie Bridge remarking that they looked like “triplets.”
Another agreed, adding: “Soooo alike. Strong genes.”
A third gushed over their eyes, saying: “Beautiful family. Have a lovely day Una. Beautiful boy and girl. Beautiful eyes.”
