Ben Brannan given Tottenham Hotspur chance as Scotland youth kid aims to swap Kilmarnock for Premier League

Kilmarnock kid Ben Brannan is set to get the chance to win a dream move to English Premier League side Tottenham Hotspur.

16-year-old Brannan, who has impressed with Scotland's youth set-up, has been training with the Spurs development squad for the past week. He has caught the eye with his early performances and is expected to spend the next couple of weeks with the London giants. The Premier League giants were amongst a number of top English and European clubs who were impressed with Brannan when he was in Scotland action at the recent Pinatar Cup.

The Killie right-back was also previously a big part of the Scotland Victory Shield team and on a number of occasions has captained his team at his age group. Brannan came through the youth ranks at Kilmarnock but has still to sign professional forms. There are a number of top English, European and Scottish clubs who are keen on the Scotland under-16 cap but Spurs have stolen an early march. Killie are still entitled to limited compensation if Brannan moves on because he came through the Rugby Park academy.
