Ben Affleck supports his girlfriend J-Lo at star-studded 2022 iHeartRadio Awards

Jennifer Lopez had the full support of her love Ben Affleck when she accepted the Icon Award on stage at the 2022 iHeartRadio Awards.

The proud actor, 49, gave his girlfriend, 52, a standing ovation while he was joined by his son Samuel, 10, and her daughter Emme, 14, in the crowd at the ninth annual ceremony, in Los Angeles on Tuesday.

J-Lo looked stunning in her olive green dress, featuring a plunging neckline and sheer skirt, when she graced the stage to accept her award.

In her acceptance speech, singer Lopez told the crowd they had made her “dream come true” and she would “never, ever take it for granted”.

The songstress said: “Because of you, I get to do what I love the most in life and that is the most wonderful blessing. You did that for me. You made that dream come true… And I will always be grateful to each and every one of you for that.

“I will never forget it, and I will never, ever take it for granted. So I want to say thank you to every one of you for believing in me when other people didn’t, even when I didn’t.

“Thank you for teaching me who I really am... Let me tell you something else, I’m just getting started.”

Affleck got to his feet to cheer on his love on stage after her acceptance speech.

The couple have been happier than ever since they found love with each other again last year.

Their second chance at love comes nearly 20 years after they called off their wedding in 2003, just days before the ceremony.

Back when they were first an item, the high-profile couple were fondly known as “Bennifer”.

In February this year, Lopez told Ellen DeGeneres Show of their reunion: “You never could imagine something like that could happen. It’s a beautiful thing.”
