Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez have been spotted house-hunting at a huge $85 million mansion in Beverly Hills.
The couple, who rekindled their romance earlier this year, have been on a mammoth tour of luxury properties in exclusive areas of Los Angeles for the last few weeks.
It was previously reported that they were house hunting for Jennifer, as she planned to buy another property closer to Ben as their relationship became more serious.
The singer/actress currently lives in Florida but is said to be keen to move to the West Coast to be closer to her man.
On Tuesday they were seen looking at massive mansions in upscale areas of LA, fuelling speculation they’re looking to buy a property together, where their blended family can reside.
Jennifer, 51, shares two children with ex-husband Marc Anthony -12-year-old twins Max and Emme - while Ben has three kids, Violet, 15, Seraphina, 12, and son Samuel, nine, with ex-wife Jennifer Garner.
One of the first properties they looked at was a massive 38,000 square foot estate in Beverly Hills, priced at an eye-watering $85 million.
The colossal mansion, which is tucked away at the end of a street, includes 12 bedrooms, 24 bathrooms, a basketball court and boxing ring, as well as a huge swimming pool, and a guest penthouse.
It also features a caretaker’s property, a two-bedroom guardhouse, as well as room to park 80 vehicles.
According to TMZ, due to the high prices of the properties they are viewing, the house is for both of them to live in, along with their children, and not just for Jennifer.
The couple then went on to look at a stunning estate in San Fernando Valley, which was once owned by iconic US entertainer Bob Hope.
The sweeping mansion, surrounded by hills in Toluca Lake, is listed for $40 million, and the five-acre estate even features a golf course.
Video footage of the couple, nicknamed Bennifer, shows them leaving one of the properties in a black Mercedes S-Class sedan.
Last month, Jennifer and Ben were spotted touring a $65 million estate in the exclusive Holmby Hills area of Los Angeles, and the Hustlers star was later seen touring a construction site with an architect.
The Love Don’t Cost a Thing hitmaker already owns a home in Bel-Air, while Oscar winner Ben has a property in Pacific Palisades, with rumours suggesting that they’re taking their relationship up a notch by moving in together.
The couple originally began dating in 2002, and were engaged for almost two years before they parted ways after postponing their wedding at the last minute.
Ben went on to marry Jennifer Garner in 2005, but the couple officially divorced in 2018.
The Argo director was most recently involved with Knives Out star Ana de Armas, and the couple's whirlwind romance began in early 2020, but they split after less than a year together.
Meanwhile, Jennifer was in a serious relationship with former baseball player Alex Rodriguez, and he popped the question in March 2019 after less than two years of dating.
However, after rumours surrounding Alex's infidelity, the Maid in Manhattan star pulled the plug on their romance in early April, and fans were overjoyed when she headed straight into the arms of former beau Ben.
