Bellroy's latest Cinch slings are ready for your everyday tech essentials — and everything else

Bellroy Cinch Carryall and Cinch Sling.

I like Bellroy's products, and used the Transit Travel Pack Pro as my tech travel bag for the better part of a year. After endless flights and travel to 12 countries, the bag looks just as pristine as the day I got it, and the level of organization is ideal considering I take a lot of tech with me when I travel.

Bellroy is now building out its travel collection with new sling bags: the Cinch Sling and Cinch Carryall. I'll start with the $99 Cinch Sling as that's the one I used predominantly; the sling bag has a classic design, and the burgundy color is refreshingly bold. It is made out of nylon and polyester, and the overall quality is in line with other Bellroy products I used in the last two years.

Unlike tech-focused sling bags like the new Peak Design Travel Crossbody 3L, the Cinch Sling doesn't have a dozen pockets to that easily allows you to store all the minute tech things you carry around. Instead, you get an outer pocket that's great for holding a phone and a power bank — I used it with the Pixel 10 Pro XL and my Baseus Picogo power bank — an inner pocket for your wallet and other valuables, and a large inner compartment for everything else.

The curved design of the Cinch Sling gives it an advantage, and the adjustable padded strap blends in with the design very well. The result is a 7L sling bag that looks stylish, will hold all your daily tech, and other accessories without any issues. I also like the two side pockets that let you hold bottles.

Then there's the $129 Cinch Carryall; this bag resembles a messenger bag I used to carry around in high school, and it evokes memories of that time. The retro design works really well, and it also has the same curved design as the Cinch Sling, but you get much more room. To that effect, the Carryall doubles as a duffel, and it's ideal for an overnighter or weekend journey.

You get two outer pockets to hold accessories, and the side pockets held my 26oz Yeti bottle without any problems. The inner compartment is big enough to accommodate two changes of clothing, and you'll need two packing cubes to maximize its utility.

In fact, the only thing the Carryall is missing is a laptop pocket; while you can easily slot in a laptop in the bag, I would have liked a dedicated section to do so. Other than that, the 21L size and design make it a good sling/duffel. It even has luggage pass-through, so you can hook it to your carry-on.

Other than that, both products get a six-year warranty, and are available in interesting color choices. As someone who has way too many tech bags, it was good to use the Cinch Sling and Cinch Carryall over the last two months; they did an admirable job hauling all of my tech around, and looked good while doing so.
