Bellator stars have shared their stories on how fatherhood has helped them stay motivated in the MMA cage.
Aaron Chalmers, Cal Ellenor, Fabian Edwards, Terry Brazier, Brian Moore, Lee Chadwick, Mike Shipman and Tim Wilde were among the British and Irish fighters to share their messages on Father’s Day.
Ellenor and Edwards were among those in the thick of fight camp ahead of Bellator’s planned return to London in May before the coronavirus pandemic saw the card postponed with MMA in the UK still to resume.
Sunderland-born Ellenor had been scheduled to meet Ireland’s James Gallagher in the card’s main event.
Edwards meanwhile had been scheduled to meet Costello van Steenis, hopeful a win would have brought him closer to a shot at the middleweight title.
