Police in North Belfast have asked the public to "be considerate" as queues for Belfast Zoo cause traffic delays.
Taking to social media, they said that the zoo was experiencing a "busy period" and have asked anyone planning on visiting to avoid parking on yellow lines.
A spokesperson for the Police Service of Northern Ireland said: "Belfast Zoo is experiencing a busy period.

"Please be considerate in relation to parking and do not park on double yellow lines. Enjoy your day. #KeepingPeopleSafe "
TrafficWatch NI has also warned about the knock-on effect on traffic in North Belfast.
Motorists have been advised that there are queues in both directions from the zoo which are causing delays.
They said: "Delays A6 Antrim Road with queuing traffic in both directions waiting to get into @BelfastZoo (11:58)."
It comes after the news last week that Belfast Zoo is looking to "phase out" the elephants from its animal collection.
The rescues, both in their 40s, were given sanctuary at the attraction after years working in the entertainment and logging industries.
But now management at the zoo say they are being relocated after a decision was taken to phase the species out of the zoo's animal collection.
A source has hit out at the move which they say should have been run past ratepayers who fund the attraction.
