Belfast weather forecast shows sunny spells for Saturday

We're certainly feeling the chill again as the nights get darker and days are feeling longer.

Leaves have started to crisp and scatter across our driveways and local parks - which do make for perfect autumn photos despite the clean up job required.

This week's weather has been a mix of rain, wind and sunny spells and it's welcome news that this weekend will stay mainly dry.

The Met Office has predicted a fairly settled weather forecast for Belfast on Saturday, October 24.

A spokesperson said: "Heavy rain and gales in the east at first [on Saturday], soon easing. A bright and breezy day will follow with sunny spells and the odd shower.

"[On Saturday] Maximum temperatures of 13C can be expected."

The rain should ease by 10am tomorrow morning, with the sun making an appearance around 11am continuing into the afternoon with a sunset prediction of around 6pm.

And tomorrow, Sunday 25 October, gives to be breezy with some showers.
