Belfast weather forecast for Wednesday to be wet but bright

The Met Office say it's a cloudy and wet start to the day today.

According to it's weather forecast for November 18, heavy rain "will gradually clear eastwards".

It said: "Drier, brighter weather extending from west with sunny spells. A few showers following this afternoon. Maximum temperature 11 C."

It's set to be cloudy tonight with frequent showers. Clear periods will develop later on and it's set to turn much colder - so get the heating on!

The forecaster said: "Windy with strong northwesterly winds, coastal gales, then winds easing down by morning. Minimum temperature 3 C."

It's predicted Thursday will be a bright day with sunny spells and just a few light showers. It will be a colder day with winds becoming light. It's set to turn cloudy during the evening with a maximum temperature of 7 C.

It will be cloudy on Friday as we come into the weekend with outbreaks of rain.

But don't worry, it will be drier and brighter over the weekend with sunny spells and a few showers.

The forecaster said: "Fresh west or southwest winds, strong towards the North Coast."
