Belfast weather forecast for Tuesday includes sunny spells and scattered showers

The Met Office has said it will be a mainly dry and bright morning across NI with some scattered showers developing this afternoon.

According to the weather forecast for Tuesaday, April 13, there will be sunny spells with scattered showers breaking out later.

The forecaster predicts: "It will be a mainly dry and bright morning with sunny spells. Scattered showers developing this afternoon and early evening. Feeling a little warmer in the sunshine. Light winds. ."

Throughout Monday night they say the "showers [will be] dying away to leave a dry night with clear periods. It will be a colder night with a widespread frost and light winds".

The maximum temperature for Monday is 12 °C with a low of -2 °C tonight.

Sunrise was at 6.27am and it will set again at 8.23pm. Pollution is low, while the pollen count and UV rays are at medium.

As for Wednesday, they predict: "A mostly dry day and sunny during the morning then clouds developing in the afternoon with possibly an isolated light shower. Light winds. Maximum temperature 13 °C."
