Belfast weather forecast for today, Monday, November 16

It will be a dry and bright start to the day, but this is not set to last with rain for most of the afternoon and evening.

The Met Office forecast for Monday, November 16, says it will be dry across Belfast until after midday, when there will be rainy spells throughout the remainder of the day as winds pick up.

The maximum temperature will be 13 degrees, however it is not due to reach that until 8pm tonight, with temperatures ranging between seven and nine degrees during the day.

Overnight it is set to be overcast with further patchy rain.

The sun will rise at 7.57am and set at 4.19pm.

The Met Office outlook for Tuesday

Overcast and wet day. To the north and west of Lough Neagh the rain will be prolonged and frequently heavy, while outbreaks south of Belfast should be light and patchy. Maximum temperature 15 degrees.

The Met Office outlook for Wednesday to Friday

Wednesday overcast with rain at first, clearing to sunshine and isolated showers later in the day. Thursday cold but dry and bright. Friday wet and windy.
